Once you have chosen the goods that you require and bought them we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

From this point onwards orders cannot be cancelled, and we will do our utmost to despatch the goods ordered as quickly as possible. However in some instances we may not have the required stock levels to complete your order. If this is the case then we will e-mail you to let you know which items have gone onto back order. We will despatch all of the items that are in stock, and you will only pay for these items and the associated carriage charge. Back ordered items would be sent onto you as soon as we receive them, with payment being made at the time of despatch. All UK back ordered goods will be delivered carriage free. If however you feel that you cannot wait for any back ordered goods, then upon receipt of our e-mail you may reply to it cancelling all back orders, however this must be done within forty-eight (48) hours.

Before confirming your order you will be advised of the total cost of goods and its associated carriage charges. Once you have accepted this you will incur no further costs. Guildford Marine does however reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

We will also accept returns for unwanted goods provided that they are in a new and unused condition. In this situation we will give you a full refund for the item, however we will be unable to credit any costs incurred for carriage.

To return any goods you must e-mail returns@guildfordmarine.co.uk within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, with your name and address and the item(s) being returned. All goods should be well packed, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged during transit. With each return, you should also include a note giving your name, address, a list of the items returned and a brief description of why you are returning them.
